Work email is used to sign you in. Company name, role and proof of funds stay off public pages and off the other party's screen until an introduction is released by staff. Site name and owner stay off the buyer's pages until the seller approves that buyer.

Document views are logged: who, when, which file, and the deal reference stamped on the copy.
